As Product Owner, you’ll be responsible for owning one (or more) of our core products related to the ZIVVER platform. These products include our Outlook plugin, Web App, Mobile App and more. These product are making it possible for our users to have access to secure e-mail, chat and file transfer on a daily basis. You will lead a team of, 5-7 people responsible for design, product development and testing.
The aspects to this role are:
Inspire your team with your creativity, leadership and focus on building the best product.
Master the execution of the product strategy in close collaboration with our Product Manager. Translating this strategy into a logical product roadmap, an actionable product backlog and clearly written user stories and acceptance criteria.
Driving the product development process by working closely with engineers, designers and solutions experts. You ensure product enhancements and new features are delivered on time and as specified.
Report on the success of product enhancements. You take care of continuous measurement of understandable metrics and key performance indicators.
Identifying future opportunities that can be productized in a timely manner and add value to the platform. You combine a comprehensive understanding of the business with guidance from business development and research teams.
Be a guide to the product engineering team with a shared commitment to the product vision. You lead by example and set a high bar for deliverables and documentation.
Collect product requirements from multiple sources (e.g. research, usability, consumer feedback, competitive assessment. Client feedback, internal feedback) and communicate requirements to development.
Work with development and support, implementation, and others to drive software releases to completion and commercial launch.
The ideal candidate is:
Passionate about our vision.
Experience as an Agile product owner (or similar), in a Kanban or Scrum environment.
An excellent communicator with the ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders.
From a technical and/or UI/IX background.
Passionate about solving problems with technology.
Experience in building and managing teams.
Curious and rapidly gains and grows an understanding of our industry.
Experienced running projects.
Not new to SaaS (Software as a Service) environments, hosted solutions and Web based solutions.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal. A second EU language is certainly nice to have.
Resides in or is willing to move to the Netherlands (close to Amsterdam).
