A day at HQ

It’s 9 O’clock, you grab a hot cup of coffee and join the User Success daily stand-up. You noticed a question that keeps coming back and together you decide to develop an instruction video for the support page.

After the meeting you open your laptop and start answering incoming questions from ZIVVER users. Someone needs help with setting up an account? Check! Someone’s Outlook plugin disappeared? Check! Someone didn’t receive a verification code? Check! Later that morning you provide feedback to Irina, the Product Owner, to make sure the development team can think about long-term solutions. Just before lunch you play a fun game of table tennis with your colleagues that leaves you fully energized for the rest of the day.

After lunch you jump in the car to visit a nearby hospital. You’re providing them with a Super User training. Back in the office you connect with Anabel, our QA Lead. She’s testing new features for which you’re creating German content for the knowledge base. You do a last check of your inbox (leave no user behind!) and end your day with a cold beer in the ZIVVER bar.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for our users;
• Create tutorials and knowledge base articles available in German;
• Strive to continuously improve tools, channels & pages we use to interact with our users;
• Provide feedback to development to improve user experience;
• Provide on-site and webinar training to new users;
• Ensure a smooth onboarding of new, small organizations.

Specifics

• You have a Bachelors or Master’s degree and are interested in IT solutions
• You’re freshly graduated or have some work experience
• You have excellent verbal, writing and presenting skills in German and English/Dutch
• You’re service-oriented and willing to work outside office hours
• You reside in or are willing to move to the Netherlands (close to Amsterdam)
• You’re in the possession of a driver’s license (preferably)
